How to Request an Exchange: We understand that sometimes the size may not be perfect on the first try, which is why we offer a free one-time exchange on all orders. If you wish to exchange your Juttis, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery through WhatsApp at +91 8287271700. You can also submit a request through the form below or email us at care@azayaafashion.com. Our team will schedule a pickup and ensure your replacement pair reaches you quickly.
Important Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, the Juttis must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. They should be kept in their original box packaging along with the invoice so that the process can be completed smoothly. If the same design is not available in your desired size, you can choose another design of similar value instead.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or order cancellations under any circumstances. In addition, products purchased during sales or special promotions are not eligible for exchange.
